The last gold from our pumpkin harvest in 2025
Only 8% of bottles from the 2025 harvest are still available. Unfortunately there won't be anymore bottles available until August-September.
This is what the results could look like in less than 3 months

What can you expect from Austrian Pumpkins?

You have questions, we have answers!
What makes your pumpkin seed oil different from what I'm using now?
What makes your pumpkin seed oil different from what I'm using now?
Three things: Source, processing, and timing.
Most brands sell Chinese-grown pumpkins processed year-round in questionable facilities. We source from Gnas, Austria - where pumpkin seed oil has been harvested for 1000 years using strict EU organic standards.
Most brands repress their seeds 5-10 times to maximize profit. We use "first press only" - maximum potency, zero compromise.
Most brands harvest year-round from greenhouses. We only harvest late August-September when Styrian Oil Pumpkins reach peak potency.
That's why people who switch see 2-3x better results.
Why is it called "Green Gold"? My current oil is orange.
Why is it called "Green Gold"? My current oil is orange.
A: Because you're probably using the wrong type of pumpkin.
Real Styrian Oil Pumpkins (Cucurbita pepo var. styriaca) produce dark green oil - not orange. Orange pumpkin seed oil typically comes from regular culinary pumpkins or heavily processed seeds.
The green color indicates higher chlorophyll and phytosterol content - the compounds that actually fight hair loss.
Is this the same as regular pumpkin seed oil from the grocery store?
Is this the same as regular pumpkin seed oil from the grocery store?
A: Absolutely not.
Grocery store pumpkin seed oil is typically:
- Culinary-grade (for cooking, not therapeutic use)
- From regular pumpkins (not Styrian Oil Pumpkins)
- Cold-pressed but not standardized for DHT-blocking compounds
- Stored in clear bottles (light degrades potency)
Sifigur uses pharmaceutical-grade extraction, standardized dosing (4000mg per serving), and opaque packaging to preserve potency.
Comparing them is like comparing grape juice to red wine. Technically the same plant, completely different effects.
Why gummies instead of liquid oil or capsules?
Why gummies instead of liquid oil or capsules?
A: Three reasons:
- Consistent dosing - Each gummy contains exactly 2000mg of standardized pumpkin seed oil. With liquid, people under-dose constantly.
- Actually tastes good - Natural orange flavor. You'll take it daily because you want to, not because you have to choke down a horse pill.
- Shelf stability - Gummies don't oxidize like liquid oil does once opened. Your last dose is as potent as your first.
Why is this more expensive than other pumpkin seed oil supplements?
Why is this more expensive than other pumpkin seed oil supplements?
A: Because Austrian quality costs more than Chinese shortcuts.
Here's what you're NOT paying for:
- ❌ Seeds repressed 10 times until they're worthless
- ❌ GMO pumpkins grown in questionable facilities
- ❌ Year-round greenhouse production
- ❌ Fillers and binders to reduce costs
Here's what you ARE paying for:
- ✓ First-press Styrian Oil Pumpkins
- ✓ Once-a-year harvest at peak potency
- ✓ Strict EU organic certification
- ✓ 1000 years of Austrian processing expertise
The question isn't "why is yours more expensive?" It's "why is theirs so cheap?"
You get what you pay for. And with hair loss, settling for cheap means settling for "okay" results.
Can I just buy cheap pumpkin seed oil and take more of it?
Can I just buy cheap pumpkin seed oil and take more of it?
A: No. Dosage doesn't fix quality.
Taking 10,000mg of repressed Chinese seeds won't give you the same DHT-blocking compounds as 4,000mg of first-press Austrian oil.
It's like drinking 10 cups of gas station coffee vs. 2 cups of premium espresso. More doesn't equal better.
Is there a cheaper option?
Is there a cheaper option?
A: Not from us.
We could cut corners. Source from China. Repress seeds. Harvest year-round from greenhouses.
But then we'd just be another "cheap pumpkin seed oil" brand - and you'd get the same mediocre results you're getting now.
If price is your only concern, we're not the right fit. If results are your concern, we're exactly what you need.
I've heard pumpkin seed oil can mess with your sex drive. Is that true?

Cheap pumpkin seed oil? Maybe. Ours? No.
Here's what most people don't know:
Low-quality pumpkin seed oil (Chinese, repressed 10x, questionable processing) can contain:
- Heavy metal contamination (lead, cadmium) - known hormone disruptors
- Pesticide residues from non-organic GMO pumpkins
- Oxidized/rancid oil from poor storage (causes inflammation)
- Unknown additives and fillers
When you flood your system with contaminated oil daily, weird things can happen - including hormonal issues, low energy, and yes, libido problems.
Austrian first-press organic oil goes through strict EU testing:
- Zero heavy metals
- Zero pesticides
- Zero GMO contamination
- Fresh, non-oxidized oil
- No fillers or additives
Pure pumpkin seed oil doesn't kill libido. Contaminated garbage oil might.
